History of the Temple

Dedicated to Ragnya Devi (Kheer Bhawani), a form of Goddess Parvati

Current structure built in 1912 by Maharaja Pratap Singh, renovated by Maharaja Hari Singh

Name derived from offering of kheer (rice pudding)
