Delhi to Kulpakji Temple, Telangana

• By Air: Take a flight from Delhi to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. From the airport, the temple is around 85–90 km and can be reached by taxi or cab.
• By Train: Trains are available from New Delhi to Hyderabad or Secunderabad. From there, continue by road or local train.
• By Road: Delhi to Kolanupaka is approximately 1,500 km. Long-distance buses or private vehicles can be used.

• By Air:Take a flight from Ahmedabad to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. From the airport, the temple is around 85–90 km, reachable by taxi or cab.
• By Train:Several trains run from Ahmedabad Junction to Hyderabad / Secunderabad. From there, continue by train or road to Aler, then travel to Kolanupaka village by local transport.
• By Road:Ahmedabad to Kulpakji Temple is approximately 1,100–1,200 km. Long-distance buses or private vehicles can be used, though train or flight is more convenient for pilgrims.

History of the Temple

Kulpakji Temple, also known as Shri Kolanupaka Jain Tirth, is one of the oldest Jain temples in South India, believed to be over 2,000 years old. It is a revered Shwetambar Jain pilgrimage site and holds immense historical and spiritual significance.

The temple is dedicated mainly to Lord Rishabhanatha (Adinath), along with idols of Lord Neminatha and Lord Mahavira. The idol of Lord Mahavira, known as Manikyaswami, is carved from green jade and is considered highly sacred.

Historically, Kolanupaka was an important center of Jainism during ancient times and received patronage from various dynasties. The temple complex showcases beautiful stone and marble architecture, reflecting the rich Jain heritage of the region.
