- By Air: Fly from Delhi to Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru. From the airport, the temple is around 90–100 km away, reachable by taxi or bus.
- By Train: Take a train from New Delhi to Bengaluru City Junction or Yesvantpur Junction. From the station, taxis and buses are available to reach the temple.
- By Road: You can travel via NH 44, but it’s a long journey of over 2,000 km, so air or train travel is recommended.

- By Air: Fly from Ahmedabad Airport to Bengaluru Airport. From there, travel by taxi or bus to the temple.

The temple is believed to have been established in the early 20th century. According to local legends, the idol of Goddess Mahalaxmi was found miraculously by a devotee named Abbayya.
